I had an exceptional experience with Veronica. She was very fast and responsive, giving me everything I needed to know during our initial exchanges after I contracted her (from day one). because this was my first time buying a home, I didn't know anything about it, so she was very kind, patient and thorough in guiding me through the process. Every time I indicated an interest in viewing a property, she would contact me within 1 to 2 hours with an appointment to see the property, which I found to be extremely efficient and it facilitated the entire process for me. My agent was as responsive to me as she was patient, and really made sure to listen to my preferences when it came to finding a home. In short, my agent made this process so much easier and enjoyable than I ever thought it could be. I would recommend her to anyone considering buying a home.
