Veronica Ayala is an exceptional realtor with marketing skills that are unique and maximized to achieve desired results. We owned a home in North McAllen with a pool. Veronica won the listing and immediately set about marketing the home. When the home didn’t move after a few weeks—Veronica took it upon herself to create a video that highlighted the home’s special features, including the “sparkling pool” as Veronica would say in her video. The video went live with Veronica in full professional attire standing in front of the pool and after the usual sales pitch…she simply drops the mike…and with her professional suit still on...her hair and make-up in place…she proceeds to jump in the pool!
