I met Verona when she was listing a house in our neighborhood. She then came over to our house to talk to my wife and I. One thing I appreciated about her was how when she first met my wife she could tell my wife wasn’t ready to move and respected that and did not want to move forward until my wife was ready. When we were ready to sell, Verona with the relationship she had with the buyers agent helped us sell our house. Throughout the process, Verona showed extensive knowledge in the real estate market but what I like most about her is her compassion and empathy for others. Because of the relationship we forged during the selling of our house, Verona wasn’t only our agent but our friend. We continue to stay in touch after the sale because of the relationship we formed.

Verona was our buying agent and I have to say we were really lucky to have her on our side and looking out for us! As first-time home buyers we knew pretty much nothing about the market and the buying process. We didn't know what to look for on inspection reports, the potential cost of fixing different problems and what the different contingencies were for. Fortunately, Verona was very patient and explained everything to us in detail and held our hand along the way. When we first met her at an open house for her listing, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was just so friendly and attentive to everyone and seemed to know the market very well. We were quite impressed with Verona's attention to detail and her work ethic. In order to meet deadlines and because of our own clumsiness, we had to work late evenings with her several times. But she never complained and instead always delivered 5-star help and worked tirelessly for us. You'd think an agent would love to close deals as fast as possible to get their commissions, but Verona was different and genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home. She always thought in our shoes and had our interests in mind. She even advised us to back-off on an offer because she was worried about potential maintenance risks in the future. There were competing offers for the home that we purchased but Verona was able to skillfully craft our offer to be the most attractive though not necessarily the highest. After closing, she connected us with some tradesmen and contractors in her network and was still very helpful during our remodeling. We are extremely excited about our new home and will hopefully have many years of happy memories in it. Verona made our dream come true and made the process seem effortless and hassle-free.
