Buying Vacant Land
Vernel made this process so smooth. I was actually looking to buy a lot near the one we closed on. He told me, the one you’re looking at is overpriced and has wetlands on it. He sent me the lot we purchased and it was two acres and a much better price. I’m so excited to start to build our forever home here.
