My family moved from the Los Angeles...

My family moved from the Los Angeles metropolitan area to the Pittsburgh area in July of 2019. I contacted Vern beforehand and indicated the characteristics of our desired home and neighborhood. Immediately prior to my move he provided several homes matching our needs. Once my family got to Pittsburgh, we thought we might want to live in a different area about 5 miles away. We looked at the homes he identified using our original search criteria and the following day Vern identified several other homes that matched our new criteria. We looked at those homes and several others the following day or two using the new criteria. We made an offer on a home, which we now live in. Vern helped us through the whole process, which occurs much quicker than in California with a different set of issues. His help made everything go smoothly. During the whole house-hunting experience he was very personable and knowledgeable, which made the whole process enjoyable. Over the last year, we have stayed in contact with each other. I have asked questions of him on several occasions and he has always provided helpful responses. In sum, my wife and I were very happy working with him and we would gladly work with him again.
