I listed my home with Vern Carter for a flat...
I listed my home with Vern Carter for a flat fee. Due to the flat fee nature of the listing, I did not initially request much from him. However, when I did ask his opinion, he was thorough, responsive and technologically very savvy. The many showings were organized very efficiently via automated text, email and phone. All processes were smooth and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Vern Carter.
