Would give 5 stars on everything but i don't feel i necessarily tested those skills enough to give an honest perfect score review in this purchase. She was very helpful in controlling the process from start to finish, as this was my first home purchase. Her opinions on everything always seemed grounded, and knowledgeable. She had a good idea of what i was looking for and was able to give insight on some of the locations that might conflict with what i wanted. I was confident in her ability to control everything that was out of my hands. And honestly just seemed like a delightful person all around. Should i need help again in the future, she would definitely be on my mind.

Just got off the phone with this realtor and she wasn’t helpful at all. She sounded condescending and arrogant. She just lost a potential client. She basically said she can’t work with me.

Verlyn is one of the best realtors out there. My husband and I worked with her for a couple of years as she secured renters for our rental property. When we decided to sell it, Verlyn worked fiercely to get us a great offer, and by day four on the market, we had three. She really researched and marketed everything very well. In addition to all of this, she is a pleasure to work with — she’s extremely positive and upbeat, but also very honest. And she really cares about her clients, which I think is a key attribute.

Verlynn was amazing! She sold our home the first week! She was extremely knowledgeable and took time to help stage our home to sell. Can't go wrong with Verlynn! She will go above and beyond!

She really went above and beyond for our family and I am happy to report, we are now in the house of our dreams where we end up loving our home more and more each day.
