Vera was always available to show us properties. She was knowledgeable about what things should cost in the current market. She helped us get a good price for the property we purchased. And she was patient when we changed our minds a few times.

This was a great experience. Vera did absolutely fantastic on the sale of 8th st and the purchase of hwy e . Nicest realtor we ever worked with. What I appreciate the most was her honestly, she was no bullshit no trying to sell us something we didn't want didn't hold back on obvious flaws with the house . That's what I want in a realtor someone that won't lie to me and has a back bone. Also a great sales women who likes the game. Thanks for everything @

Vera helped me locate professional contractors, painters, landscapers, etc., quickly so the home would be ready to market. She kept me informed of open house results and all interest/activity through closing. Vera drove closing paperwork to me, three hours round trip, so I wouldn’t have to attend closing. This is an excellent example of the effort Vera put into the sale of my home. My home closed two months after it was put on the market!

My experience with Vera was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, always professional, and so helpful on a personal level. Selling your home after 26 years is very stressful and she managed to make the experience bearable.
