This was my 3rd home purchase and it was the easiest by far. Vera Stone is hands down the most thorough, professional, honest agent I have worked with. I would recommend her to anyone - listing or selling. I felt she genuinely cared about my feelings and mental well being. Buying a house can be stressful and she alleviated all stress. The sellers agent was less than helpful at times and Vera Stone took control of the situation and made sure there were no stalls in the processes and I closed within 35 days of my offer. I can't say enough positive things about her. If you are looking for a professional, honest go-getter agent you have found her!!
