Vera was recommended to us by another very nice Realtor we had initially spent one day looking at homes in the Kelseyville area. That Realtor was on vacation the next time we were up to look at more homes so she arranged for us to meet with Vera, who was a pure delight to hang with all day. Vera was informative, honest, patient, and just plain fun. She never rushed us and let us spend a good amount of time looking at each property we had on our list. She also looked up other properties for us to consider after she knew what we had in mind. But we basically fell in love with one of the houses on our list to see that first day with Vera, however we had several questions and concerns that she followed up on with the Seller's Agent. Within a week, we made an offer and Vera was a huge help with the inspections because we lived 100 miles away and could not be there personally. We did go up several other times to look at the property and talk to the owners and she was ready to meet us every time. She also did our final walk-through for us via video and pictures because we could not be there that day. Our home buying process was not perfect (is it ever?) but Vera did everything she could to represent us and protect our interests throughout the whole process.
