Vera was referred to me by my sister. I hired her and the team to sell my house, which was part of a divorce settlement, which meant that I needed it done quickly and properly. Vera was very open, professional and more than reasonable in terms of costs. I thought everything sounded good, but wanted to see the results. And boy, did they deliver! First, the place went on the market on a weekend and by next Thursday there was an open house. And not just in an empty house, but to incredibly well staged one. Her team did a phenomenal job in staging it, I didn't recognize my own house (wished I wasn't selling it looking like that). Within a week Vera and her team negotiated a price that was acceptable and we had a deal. The house closed 4 weeks later. I couldn't be happier with Vera's team, in terms of their professionalism, speed of operation, quality of work and final delivery. Everything was done with impeccable timing and quality and I couldn't be more please.
