Vera is one of the most sincere real estate agents I've ever worked with. (I've bought and sold five homes over the past 30 years.) She truly cared about my significant other and me and went above and beyond to help us meet our substantial and challenging needs and wants. She is extraordinarily responsive, prompt, and honest. I never felt like she was trying to get me to buy something I wasn't keen on. She was sincerely helping me find the best available property for us on the market then. She is generous with her time and very organized. She didn't mind when I asked at the last minute to see a different house than was on our list; she called the other agent and arranged a showing immediately. She kept me in the loop and set me up with an outstanding loan officer and closing agent. She went to bat for me with the sellers and ensured things were handled. (We were moving to FL from Virginia, so we weren't on the ground except for a few days.) It was one of the smoothest transactions I've had over the years. I highly recommend Vera if you are looking for someone who does not just shuffle clients like a deck of cards. She makes you feel like you're the only one. The result was a successful negotiation and closing and happy new homeowners.
