Venus was very diligent to learn the property so she could be as thorough as possible with each of the potential buyers and with us, the sellers. She provided guidance from the beginning. She searched for comparables that would be representative of our specific property; two independent homes on a small piece of acreage is not an easy thing to find. We weren't interested in remodeling or putting much money into the home not knowing what a future buyer might want. She shared with us comments, and input she received from other realtors along the way. We learned from her what potential buyers have been looking for in homes, so we could make decisions if we chose to make any upgrades, etc. She conducted herself as a professional in all cases and when challenges surfaced, she stepped up to the plate. She didn't tell us what to do, she gave us the information we needed to make the decisions we made. She made us feel like she was working for us! Thank you, Venus!
