I had heard lots of stories from my friends about how complicated and painful purchasing a house could be. However my experience could not have been better, and I have Venus to thank for that. Every step of the way it was a pleasure working with Venus. When we would go view properties she would always great me with a smile and and a positive attitude. Whenever I had questions or concerns about a property I was interested in she would find out what the full story was so that I could make an informed decision. When I finally got an offer accepted she was always on top of things to the point where I kept wondering why purchasing a house was not more difficult. In fact her organization kept the whole process running so smoothly that I was even able to close escrow early. I will recommend Venus to anyone I know looking to purchase a house in the LA Area.

As a first time buyer, I must say I was really skeptical about having a random person help me find a property to my liking. However, with Venus, I'd have to say otherwise. From day one that we met, Venus answered all my questions and explained in general how the whole process will go since I had no clue what-so-ever about anything. Then she asked me what I was looking for and never forgot a detail of what I said. Next thing I know, she was already on the case and sending me a bunch of listings that fit my criteria! Although not many of the properties were ideal for me, we managed to find a few that I just loved in a short 2 months' time. Overall, I would definitely recommend Venus, as the whole process was made easy and pleasurable because Venus is very accomodating when scheduling meet up times and even if there were last minute changes. She is someone who makes you feel comfortable with and will respond ASAP. Definitely A+ buying experience for me!

Venus happily worked with me for over a year guiding me through the home buying process, supporting me when it got too frustrating or even downright depressing. She has a great team of people that back her up and (somehow) managed to get me into an amazing home that fit my price range and my family's wants (not just our needs =) ). She was able to mediate between me and the sellers side wonderfully, helping us to arrive at a deal that met everyones hopes and expectations. With this in mind, I would feel comfortable recommending her to any one in need of a real estate agent who will stay with you the entire process (even if that process takes an entire year).
