It was a wonderful experience working with Venkat. He is very knowledgeable and always available. Being first time home buyers we had 'N' number of questions and Venkat was patient enough to answer every doubt we had. He did not rush through in decision making. As both my husband and I work, we had to schedule showings in the evenings. And some times we requested multiple showings of the same house to check the lighting etc... He went above and beyond doing walk through's for us, metting inspectors and following up on every single information. His negotiation skills were impressive. He made the closing process stress free. My husband, my daughter and I are extremely happy working with Venkat.
