Veni is outstanding and does not shy away from a challenge! She confidently threaded a very tight needle for our needs: sell our unit as quickly as possible, with the highest price possible, and without conceding too much on the backend - all in a declining market! She priced it perfectly, hammered all the selling points, found a buyer the first weekend we had an open house, and negotiated fiercely on our behalf. You seriously can't ask for anything better! When we're ready to buy again, we're definitely calling Veni!

As a real estate investor and buyer, I have worked with many agents. Veni is by far one of the best. She understands the market trends and was able to advise us through several properties to secure the right property that fit our needs. It's very rare to find such a great agent. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home for investment or personal use.
