This woman went so far above and beyond, she was practically family by the time the transaction was over. I’m a lender and I like to think of myself as level-headed. Funny thing: when you’re in the middle of your own transaction, all that professionalism goes right out the window. Fortunately, Venessa was right there, providing a calm voice and excellent advice. She recommended fantastic resources to help with landscaping and, when the first seller walked (& I lost my mind), she flew into action and put it back on the market in moments. Without her guidance, I would have remained a hot and hostile mess. She staged the property, too. I’m pretty certain there’s nothing she can’t do if she sets her mind to it.
