Vellyn Antonelli was the realtor we chose to find our forever home. She was patient and kind and extremely responsive. The first home we found and put an offer on fell through 9 days before closing due to an structural issue that was a problem for the underwriters. This was unbelievably stressful for us especially being as this was our first home buying experience. Vellyn was very thoughtful with her guidance on helping us find the next house for us to put an offer on. She held our hands through every step knowing that where we had once been slightly nervous we were now at borderline paranoia due to our first experience. She never missed a beat. Never lost her patience even though I must have asked her the same question 99 times. We are currently in our forever home. I am in my little home office, my husband and our 12 year old daughter are a room away building a puzzle, my 15 year old is in the living room with friends, my 9 year old is riding his bike in our new neighborhood. If there is such a thing as a happy ending and a perfect life - this is it and Vellyn Antonelli certainly helped us achieve it. I give Vellyn and Berkshire Hathaway every star possible.
