Velicity was an amazing asset to have during the build process.

Velicity was an amazing asset to have during the process of building our new home. She listened carefully to what we wanted and searched tirelessly to exceed our "needs" list. She gave us weekly update in the progress of building and informed us of what we needed to be doing throughout the entire process. When the builder informed Velicity that our closing date was pushef back, she fought and fought to get the delay cut in half. Since closing, Velicity has checked on us multiple times to make sure the builder has fulfilled their promises. And Jason replaced a fence post for us when they couldn't get a response from the HOA about having it repaired before closing!! We will be recommending Velicity and Jason to everybody we know and will use them for any future real estate needs.
