Vasili Barbounis

We had a great experience working with Vasili on the recent purchase of our house. He listened to our needs (and wants) and worked to find a great fit. Along the way he shared his expertise in the downtown market, his knowledge as an urban planner, and his passion for design, re-invention, and an understanding of the history of our section of the city (and it's development history). He helped negotiate a fair price, and walked us thru the steps all the way to closing. We felt heard and respected throughout the process, and are excited to move into our new house.

My father passed away in 2014 with a home he owned, and no will. I was so overwhelmed that I had not dealt with the house for 7 years. After going through the grueling Head Of Estate process and succeeding, I met Vasili. Let me tell you, this guy is like a JEDI when it comes to brokering the sale of a home. I had no idea how much prep work needed to be done to get it market ready. He walked me through that in the most cost effective way. I also had no inkling of what I would be able to sell for in this market. He handled that successfully. I was able to pick his brain throughout the process. Vasili was patient and informative. Although this was a first for me, because of Vasili I felt competent throughout the process. I'm glad that I met him when I did, where I did, and the way I did. Had I blinked, sneezed, or if my phone rang I would have missed this opportunity. But I'm so glad serendipity was in my favor when I met Vasili. He could tell that I was in way over my head, and I did not know up from down. Vasili made it his responsibility to protect me. He has changed the course of my life.
