My experience with Vania has been wonderful. What a phenomenal experience!

I truly believe that I was divinely connected to Vania when I met her at a beauty parlor. As poised as she presents herself, I noticed the realtor's emblem on her shirt. I quickly introduced myself because at that time I had initiated my homebuying process but was faced with difficulties. After a conversation with Vania, she provided an option of consultation to thoroughly discuss the process and ensured that there was no commitment should I choose to use another agent. Vania's knowledge was exceptional as she guided me through the process providing me with connections that were beneficial and specific to my needs. Vania made constant communication with me, and to all those involved in the process to ensure docs/deadlines were met. Although there were challenges, Vania intercepted as needed and also provided encouragement along the way. I really appreciate Vania's work ethic including her tenacity and positive disposition. I appreciate her work life balance because she proved how much she cared about the lives of people, her community and family by being an excellent example. Vania wanted to see my dream come through of being a homeowner. I'm ecstatic to announce that I closed on my property on May 3, 2023! I want to make mention that at the initial consultation Vania asked what I most valued of a realtor; I told her I value integrity.
