This is a very knowledgeable and seasoned real estate agent. I was specifically impressed with the way that Mrs. West placed more emphasis on me making the right decision to sale at the right time than making a quick sale. I was ready to sale and downsize at a time when the market was not really not that favorable for sellers. She suggested that we hold off until the market became more favorable for us to get a decent return on this sale. Waiting for a while worked out just fine. I really appreciated that!
