Searching for and purchasing a house can be a lot. Especially now a days. I have bought a few homes in my life, but this market is nuts! But wow! She sure is! Even on the first house we went into escrow with, which ended up being a complete money trap of issues, with nightmare sellers... she made the exit strategy painless. And immediately we were on the hunt again. When we did find the perfect home, there were of course multiple offers. But Vanessa represented me and my husband so well, expressing to the seller why this home was so perfect for us, as well as helping us thru the usually scary negotiation like it was nothing. Her personality, attitude towards challenges, overall knowledge of the market and tireless work ethic are above and beyond. She was always available. She kept us up to date on every little thing.
