I am happy to say that thanks to Vanessa O'Neill, we are first time home owners! This wouldn't have been possible without her amazing support, close attention to detail, and her compassion for what she does! After seeing literally dozens of homes (over 60), our senses were starting to get overloaded. Thank goodness that Vanessa was there continuing to spot areas of concern and offer us priceless advice that literally saved us thousands of dollars. Then, on a weekend when most people wouldn't dream of working, she was still looking for us! She found us "THE" Home that we were hoping to find, down the street from family, priced perfectly and held our hand through the entire process. Without a doubt, we wouldn't have been able to do this without her kindness, support and wealth of knowledge. We are Team VANESSA all the way!
