When it comes to realtors, you would be AMAZED how hard it is to find a good one. I started my home search almost a year ago and went through 3 realtors before finding the lovely, amazing, extremely competent Ms. Vanessa Musillo. Let me tell you about this woman because she deserves major credit. She never tried to get me to raise my budget over what I was comfortable with, or act like I wouldn’t find anything for my low 150k budget. She never tried to get me to lower my standards or settle for something less than what I wanted. I wasn’t interested in the first place we looked at, but I liked the second one. Within 5-6 hours she had my offer accepted and contracts written (which in this market is unheard of while people wage bidding wars and most people have to bid 5-10 houses before getting one). There was issues with who the condo would let finance and she got that set up immediately with someone who could get it approved, and played mama bear when they weren’t being friendly to me. She helped me get set up with some amazing inspectors at Cypress Inspections who did a trustworthy thorough job, and when the appraisal came back lower than expected this beast of a realtor got 12k taken off the selling price. WHAT!?! Mind blown. Through this whole experience she has been communicative, always answers her calls/texts and never got upset at my 10 thousand questions as a first time home buyer. If anyone is looking to buy a house, this is your girl. Theres literally no better realtor in Brevard who will fight for you and knows her job inside and out. She has gone above and beyond what any other realtor even attempted to do for me. I could not say enough great things about Vanessa and her phenomenal work ethic, job knowledge, and customer service.

Vanessa came on the scene and work with us to ensure a great deal could take place. I was super impressed with her response to either my text or emails at all hours. She is dedicated to her client and it shows by her over performance.

Vanessa has become a part of our family and as soon as I hear someone is looking to rent or buy, I automatically recommend her. She s attentive to detail and her easy going personality makes it so easy to get along and communicate with her. She s always available when you have a question and never minds just easy your nerves when your looking for a place and feel like you won't find something. My experience with her has been one that I carry on and express to many others that have or are in the situation I found myself right before the holidays.
