While Vanessa was busy trying to sell our other two homes, we were able to bring her in on the purchase of our new home. Before we put a deposit down she engaged with our annoying builder sales agent while we explored a floor plan she recommended that we hadn’t considered. While we mad small concessions on the sale price we got very close ($10k) to what we wanted.
