I can't recommend Vanessa enough

I can't recommend Vanessa enough. She was my north star when I had to sell my father's house in Hayward, navigating conservatorship, probate, court requirements across multiple states, tenants, repairs, and selling a house for an owner over her head! Vanessa was extremely thoughtful, patient, organized, and always right--we had offers above asking within the week. My only regret is now that the house is sold I don't get to call her anymore. :) Literally the best realtor anywhere.
