Vanessa is by far the best realtor I have ever had the experience of working with. My friends had previously used her services to sell the home they had inherited, and had recommended her to me. I can't thank them enough. I was in a similar situation as I had inherited the home my Mother had lived in for 72 years. I was overwhelmed with all the paperwork I was already dealing with, and the thought of having to be a hands on seller made me nervous. And oh, did I mention that I live in Hawaii... so I physically couldn't do it anyway. Right from the start, Vanessa let me know that I didn't have to worry... she said that was her job. She laid out a timeline for the sale, coordinated for all the contractors to do extensive work on the old house, and kept me well informed in the process. Her pricing strategy was key to the sale. The home was viewed by hundreds of potential buyers, and in the end we got 22 bids on the home, the highest being well over the asking price.
