This was my first time selling a home, and Vanessa did an outstanding job of helping me through the process. One of things I appreciated is that she took the time to explain things to me so I could make informed decisions. She was very professional and maintained neutrality in my decision-making, but she helped me understand all the pros and cons for my decisions. Selling the house was much easier than I had expected, and Vanessa handled everything she could to make the process as easy on me as possible. I highly recommend Vanessa for anyone needing a realtor. I would definitely work with her again! Best of all, the market was great so I expected a good price for my house, but offers ended up exceeding my expectations. I am one very happy customer!
