Upon meeting Vanessa that was on the time we agreed on she asked about the property lines . After that checked out the house and asked questions about house and property. Told us about what properties around us were going for and listened to our thoughts. Vanessa made signing paperwork easy and she was very energetic to our needs and also showed concern for our feelings as selling our home was a difficult decision for us. We would certainly recommend Vanessa to anyone interested in selling there property.

Vanessa DeLand was very easy to deal with. She gave her honest opinions & was always very responsive to our phone calls or texts. She would always seek advice/answers to our questions if she wasn't sure. We appreciated her kindness & professionalism. We would highly recommend Vanessa to any potentional clients!
