I worked with Vanessa on both purchasing and selling property and continue to work with her on current real estate acquisitions. Buying and selling property can be a daunting task especially in this highly competitive market but Vanessa makes the whole process simple and worry free. She is hard working, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. She's also very patient, trustworthy and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Vanessa is a Realtor who puts the needs of her clients first and puts the word "customer" in customer service.

This was our first time purchasing a home and when we met Ms. Vanessa it was not by mistake. We did not have a realtor and Ms. Vanessa offered her services. Since then after accepting her services, she has not left our side during this stressfull time. She was always cheerful, patient, knowledgeable and giving wise advice. She always had her clients best interest at heart and worked extremely hard to accomplish our home purchase. I highly recommend the impeccable and knowledgeable realtor services to any home buyer, whether first timers or not. Thank you !! Thank you!!!

I have never encountered a person in my life and I am going to be 61 that has put more care and effort into a deal regardless of the price she is tenacious professional and at the end of the day she will bend over backwards for a deal if you have any thoughts about using her do it you won’t be sorry She made everything so easy

Vanessa went out of her way to assist us during the purchase of our vacation home. She provided detailed market information, accompanied us during property tours, and worked diligently throughout the purchase process. We highly recommend her services.

I had the best and top rated experience with Vanessa Bynum. She is very hands on and is definitely on your side. She looks out for the best interest of her customers. Vanessa is the most professional and caring person I have met. Buying and Selling a house is a very stressful time in your life. Vanessa made it the best experience every. She was present at every step of the process; from meeting the inspector, appraiser, to the virtual closing. She then followed up to ensure I received my money as promised. Words cannot express how impressed I am with Vanessa. She definitely gives you the "White" Glove and 5 GOLD STAR experience.

Vanessa sold my house working hard and being sweet and helpful in every step of the process. Work harder than everybody else in the market. If you need a realtor I recommend Vanessa. Full of energy and positivism. We are going to do business with her again
