Vanessa is absolutely the best. We stopped at an open house and met her. We did not like the house for us, but gave Vanessa our names and what we were looking for. She notified us later about a property that might interest us. We looked at the property, but found some things that would not work for us and we thought the price was a little high. We left town and that afternoon after we arrived at the house we lived in, we got a message from Vanessa with the comps on the property we had seen. It was over-priced. This happened the second week of April. Vanessa kept looking and keeping us in the loop. When this property came to our attention, Vanessa got right on it and kept thinks moving in the right direction. We closed on June 5th. Wow. Vanessa worked so hard to make sure everything was taken care of since we lived in North Fl. We are very happy with her hard work. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and one of the most professional Real Estate Salespersons we have ever known. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone. Small property, large property or vacant land. You cannot go wrong with Vanessa. My husband and I are old, retired Real Estate Brokers, and we are very proud of Vanessa's ethical approach to your needs. She is hard working and honest.
