Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Agent

From beginning to end, Vanesha kept us updated on the process. She took the time to explain in detail what was to be expected. She went beyond the call of duty to handle some extenuating title concerns that were making the process a bit difficult. With her persistence, all was resolved and closing was completed as scheduled without an extension being necessary. I cannot say enough great things about Vanesha.
