Simply put, Vanesa is amazing and you should hire her. After our previous agent was repeatedly "too busy" book showings, I found Vanesa by compiling a spreadsheet of all the recent sales in Normandy/North Beach to search for "trending" realtors. Vanesa's name bubbled to the tippity-top of that list with the most recent sales under her belt. I contacted Vanesa when a fantastic house came on the market and she hustled to book us a viewing at the height of the 2021 Miami real estate frenzy, then gave us great advice on navigating the ensuing bidding war. Although that house wasn't meant to be, Vanesa worked her tail off over the next 9 months, patiently showing us everything that came on the market from 1BR condos to 4BR single family homes, never once questioning our insanely wide parameters! On the odd occasion she was unable to make a showing, she had her amazing assistant Max take us, and when we were out of town she even did virtual viewings so we wouldn't miss an opportunity. Vanesa was ALWAYS on top of everything. Over the course of our nine month journey, we ended up with not just a beautiful new dream home, but also a beautiful new friend!
