We have been working with Vandan since 2014 in search of a home. He has been with us every step of the way. Very professional and communicates well. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We love our new home and definitely recommend Vandan.

Van was extremely helpful in assisting in finding my first investment property. Van was able to help me find a property while working through my busy schedule. I was able to acquire an investment property along with management with ease. i would recommend Van to anyone who is looking for an investment property.

Van helped me to purchase an investment property recently. As a buyers' agent he is thoughtful and considers pros & cons methodically. He prevents the buyer from hasty decisions. As if purchasing the property for himself. Highly recommended.

Van is an excellent Agent for buying properties in NC area. I used Van for buying an investment property in Chapel Hill and he was very good every step of the way, since I was remote buyer. He represented me very well and helped me to understand all interfaces of the buying process in that area. I am sure he is good with local buyers and sellers as well. Will use him all the time in that area.
