Evangelos Theoharis was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He attended a Greek orthodox school in Park Slope from first grade to eighth grade(and speaks Greek fluently) and later graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School. Needless to say, Brooklyn is not just a city to Evangelos, but a part of who he is as well. Before finding his footing in the real estate industry, he worked in his father and uncle’s accounting office and then attended school to be a vascular ultrasound tech. His path changed when he was asked to join the world of real estate and instantly realized that he was doing something that made him truly happy. He uses his problem solving and people skills from his past positions to give his clients the highest level of service. One of Evangelos’ strongest, yet underrated, strengths is truly listening to what others have to say. He knows that each client is unique and therefore has unique needs as well. Evangelos makes sure that he hears his client’s requirements in order to help bring their vision into reality.
