Vance did a great job selling our home. Listing process went smoothly, good photos taken, house had an offer before we were even allowing showings. Unfortunately that offer fell through, but when we relisted we had three more offers the next day. Even with the set back of having a buyer back out, we were able to get more than list price and closed in 2.5 weeks. Vance was very professional in dealing with both us and our buyers. He was able to answer all questions we had quickly and made sure we had everything completed on our end so we could close quickly. I would definitely recommend Vance to anyone we know who is interested in selling their home.
