Valery Perry

Valery was the perfect choice in helping me and my wife. When we first moved to Florida from out of state, she helped us find a rental in a great location. We cane back to her when we were ready to buy our first home. Valery took all of our top priorities into consideration, was tenacious in a hectic market, answered every question, and was extremely attentive to us throughout the entire process. She continues to stay in touch with us when we have reached out well after closing. She is fantastic!

I am a first time buyer. I had 2 realtors covering different areas, and they were doing a good job. They were sending a listings, but unfortunately location/house/price combination wasn't working for me. I wasn't looking for another realtor. Then I talked with Valery and explained as better as I can, exactly what I needed. My explanation may not be perfect and I think she understood what I want, even better that I did. At that time I practically give up from buying a house but I was still superficially going through the listings realtors were sending. Time passed, maybe few weeks. Than Valery called me and said she found a few houses in the same general area that are very close to what was looking for. First time I was considering sending an offer. Out of maybe four houses that she sent me I considered sending an offer to three. I ended up sending an offer for two houses (in sequence), and my offer was accepted for the house I've liked the most. Valery helped a lot in that too. I bought the house. I have to thank Valery for that and she made a process easier. Valery was great to work with. Valery put my interest first. She was very prompt to answer to all my inquiries, and there were many. She worked great with seller’s realtor. She helped me to understand time-line of closing. She have a brilliant mind. Valery is awesome realtor.
