Couldn't have chosen better
Val has been a friend and neighbor for the past 13-1/2 years, I could have gone with another agent since she was our friend but It wouldn't have felt right going with someone else other than Val, and she made us feel like the we made a right decision. We had our first offer in 8 days minor problems closing (not on her part) I believe that with her expertise helping re-arrange areas of the interior of the made the property more desirable and more open. We made the right choice!
