Valerie showed her knowledge about the current market in every recommendation she gave us. She advised us on the presentation of our home to perspective buyers, on the fair market price of our home and on the protocol of selling your property. Val listed our house late on a Thursday evening. It hit the market the next afternoon and 2 days later it was sold at more than asking price! Then began the hard work of packing up and keeping up with inspections, surveys, and all the other pieces and parts of getting to closing. Valerie was there every step of the way and never steered us wrong. What a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this realtor...in fact, I have!
