Had a phenomenal experience working with Val and her partner Deanna in the selling of our home. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Selling a home with two kids under two is an incredibly stressful, but Val went above and beyond to help make the process go as smoothly as possible. She was trustworthy, transparent, and ruthlessly efficient throughout the whole experience. Her knowledge of the market and strategy around selling was what made our sell so successful! I literally could not imagine doing this without her- we met with her on a Friday and our home was listed the following week. She was accommodating of showing times (trying to preserve nap schedules!) and even helped clean and stage our house if I needed help with last minute showings! Val is incredible and you will not regret working with her in the buying or selling of your home!
