Selling the family home was very emotional for myself and my siblings. Val was very sensitive to my family's concerns. She gave great directions to us for the preparation of the sale of the home. Although there was a couple hick ups she kept us well informed. Though it all we sold the property well above asking price and I believe it was because we followed her direction with the goal to get top dollar.
