Hi! I have been a Realtor for almost 20 years (yikes) and I love it. I started in new construction and have worked with tract builders and semi-custom builders. I feel like that experience helps me when touring houses with my buyers. I am inspecting as my clients are picturing their lives in a home. On the selling side, I am aggressive with my pricing and marketing and will not leave your home to "sell itself". No one wants to have their home just sit while hosting tons of showings!
