I highly recommend Valerie Stewart. Our home went under contract 3 times but fell through because of the nature of investors. Valerie kept us informed throughout the whole ordeal, the good, the bad and the ugly so that we could collectively make the best decision. She also let me just vent because this was a terribly frustrating time. When our house finally did sell Valerie went above and beyond to make sure we knew every step of the process, what each form meant, and essentially our legal responsibilities for each form. Valerie knows all things about real estate inside and out, she will fight for her clients, she will be your best advocate, and you can be confident in knowing that Valerie has your back when she is your agent.

In this tough market it’s easy to get discouraged after several offers but she is always there to coach you through the process, provide a pep talk when needed and go to bat for you with your best interests in mind.

From day one, Valerie has there working above and beyond what I ever thought a real estate agent could do. My wife and I have purchased homes before and know there is always the chance that there will be some bumps in the road but Valerie actually gave us a heads up beforehand and gave us our options on how we could handle them IF they happen. Valerie was able to hold our hand through the process not to mention, assist with some of the stuff that was not in her job description. She did more than we could have dreamed, and more than any of our past agents ever did. If we had a question (even the stupid ones) she always got back to us quickly whether it was a text, call, or Zoom. Valerie is an honest and good person and we are proud to know her and work with her. I can't say Thank You enough.
