Working with Valerie and Jessica has made the home selling/buying process so much easier. She is so knowledgeable about the Washington State/Mason County laws and regulations for real estate, I knew we could trust her to help us in our decision making. She is no nonsense and tells it like it is and I find that refreshing. She won't tell you what you want to hear, she'll tell you what you need to hear to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
