Selling Our Home

We used Valerie to sell our home that we bought with her only a couple years ago. We weren't in a "have to sell" space this time and just waiting till the right thing came up. When we bought this home after a hard search with several strong offers that we got outbid on Valerie had a client selling there home with her and she brought it to us. Even then we knew if and when we moved again we would use her to sell the home. Things worked out and we got it! A lot happened and changed in a couple years and we were looking again in case something came up. Valerie was patient and understanding through the process, never pushy and always available. Her communication is top notch and if she is unavailable she has backup that is great as well. When we finally went in the market she moved quickly and was efficient. She kept us informed of the process and made sure we knew what was going on and what we needed to do and when.
