Home Purchase

This was our 3rd home purchase so we have been through the process before and know what to expect. It was also our second purchase using Valerie as our agent and we also sold our 2nd home using her as well. We didn't "have" to move and were just watching the market. In fact we did for almost a year, with submitting several strong offers some more disappointing to lose out on than others, but truly believe everything happens for a reason. Throughout the process Valerie was patient and understanding with our needs and accommodating with our changing criteria from what we were seeing in the market. She advised us what we would need to do to be competitive with our offers and even when we were outbid she still knew what we would need to do, it was just us not wanting to go to that extreme. She worked tirelessly to get us in to showings asap, and submitting offers and talking to the other agents to get us the best chance. She doesn't just turn off at the end of the work day either, she continues late into the night as well. Valerie truly works for her clients to get them the best for what they are wanting, with a very strong knowledge of the market.
