Valerie Ruma did an excellent job managing all the tasks required to sell my home. Many pieces of this puzzle needed to fall into place. They did, and thanks to her help, the final result was excellent! Val has artistic talents, and contacts with numerous people who advised about updates, and were available to make changes, do repairs, and paint. She readily answered my many questions and reassured me about the path forward. The entire sale process went very smoothly (although I expect that if we had hit any snags, Val would have had solutions for those, too.) Her experience, calm and friendly manner, and competence were invaluable. I highly recommend working with Valerie Ruma.
