Very helpful realtor
We worked with Valerie in the past few months and finally bought a house in Merced. The first time we met her, we found that she has a lot of patience and is not pushy. She showed us several houses and talked to some of the selling agents and asked relevant questions on our behalf. She has a very good rapport with a lot of real estate agents in that area so it helped in getting info and viewing homes. During the process of closing the house that we bought, we felt that Valerie was on our side and negotiating with the sellers agent on our behalf. Thanks Valerie for all your help and guidance.
