Val reviewed the market. She made a VERY professional note book for the buyer. My home was priced accordingly. We had a difficult buyer and the other agent was ? (I will leave it at that.) I had several rooms panted and the garage door had a new coat of paint. I also had the fire place cleaned and checked and would have done the same for the firer pit but they asked for the on the second visit. so I figured they knew everything was OKAY. I don't know if on one of their many visit they did something to the firer pit. I paid $800 dollars at closing for remediation of the bad gas in thdide basement which I gladly did. Valerie quickly found someone to help with that problem when it was identified. I thought the house was well prepared for sale with Valeries help and guidance.
